Baton Rouge and New Orleans indexes up

I put up the Baton Rouge and New Orleans band index pages. It's feels kind of weird working on this stuff about the history of Nola bands with the city under water. Well, maybe it will help to keep the history of the underground music scene there alive. Anyway, at the moment, they're basically just a bunch of band entries with reference links. I'll gradually fill out the details with stuff like members, what other bands they were in, years they were around, etc. I still need to go through the flyers and link the band entries to them. There isn't a whole lot of stuff on the Baton Rouge page. That one is going to be a lot harder to do because there isn't much info online about it.
